Saki salt is one of the varieties of sea salt. Comes from salt lakes of the Crimean peninsula, hedgehogs of green microalgae, is a source of natural carotenoid-antioxidants. The chemical composition of Saki sea salt contains a particularly rich range of well-balanced macro and trace elements (iodine, copper, magnesium, sodium, potassium, calcium, iron, manganese, bromine, boron).
